The Agricultural Producers Association of Saskatchewan (APAS) Board of Directors may refer matters for further consideration and analysis to one of its four policy committees, which report back to the Board of Directors and general assembly with recommendations. Each policy committee includes representation from Directors, Representatives, and Associate Member organizations.

Land and Environment: All areas involving the environment and land including Ecological Goods and Services, Alternative Land Use Services, surface rights and water management.
Grains and Oilseeds: All areas relating to grains, oilseeds, and other fields crops including transportation, marketing and Canadian Grain Commission regulations.

Under the guidance of the APAS Board and supported by staff, these policy committees tackle the issues affecting Saskatchewan agriculture and rural communities.
